Senior Infrastructure Engineer - 24/7 Support
£30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits
Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
We are working with a well-established IT Service Provider who due to more growth are looking to further expand their team with an experienced NOC Engineers to provide 2nd Level Support.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor client systems on a 12-hour shiftrotation (4 on / 4 off).
* Make sure that SLA's are adhered to and KPI's are met.
* Provide both 1st / 2nd Line support while ensuring all clients IT equipment and infrastructure is running to an optimum level as expected.
* Attend customer sites toreplace key operational equipment
* Provide Data Center support.
