Description:
Join a team in Limerick to provide helpdesk support, resolve IT issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver first-line helpdesk support and resolve technical issues via remote assistance, phone, or in-person visits.
* Analyse, diagnose, and rectify IT problems while coordinating with end-users, colleagues, and third-party vendors.
* Manage issue resolution, track progress, and escalate issues as needed.
* Support hardware and software installations and upgrades.
Required Skills:
* Minimum of 2 year's experience in an IT Engineer role
* Understanding ofCyber-Security concepts.
* Expertise with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, VPNs, and network routing.
* Proficient in Office 365, SharePoint Online, Remote Desktop Services, Ethernet networking, TCP/IP, and firewalls (SonicWALL, WatchGuard, Cisco).
* Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM.
