The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing specific IT infrastructure. If you have a solid foundation in IT infrastructure, experience in deploying technical solutions, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Key Requirements:
* Solid knowledge of Windows Server (2008/2012/2016), Windows (7/10), Linux, and anti-virus/patching technologies.
* Understanding of ISA S95, data integrity, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP requirements.
* Strong attention to detail and proactive self-management.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
* Support and manage IT servers & workstations on-site.
* Lead day-to-day activities, coach team members, and act as a local contact for global infrastructure teams.
* Provide regular status reports and escalate issues as needed.
* Ensure compliancewith quality standards and practices.
* Promote system functionality and new technologies for process improvement.
