Job Summary: We are currently seekinga proactive Install Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will oversee the seamless installationof our clients' solutions across various client sites in the UK and ROI. Working closely with the Engineering Manager and Head of Operations, you will ensure timely delivery and impeccable service, serving as the frontline representative of the company.Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising large-scale hardware deployments within Retail sectors.
* Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships to facilitate smooth installations.
* Planning and coordinating on-site installations, ensuring precision and efficiency.
* Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation, including daily installation reports.
* Conducting thorough cost analysis for all deployments, ensuring budgetary compliance.
* Providing direct line management and mentorship to the deployment team, fostering growth and development.
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive skills matrix to optimise team capabilities.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in managing large-scale hardware deployments, preferablywithin QSR/Retail.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to engage effectively at all levels.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision,prioritising tasks effectively.
* A proactive approach with a genuine passion for contributing to a global digital transformation company.
Desirable Skills:
* Previous experience in IT refresh or IT hardware install projects.
* Ability to workautonomously, exhibiting calmness under pressure and adaptability to changing priorities.
