Key responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain IT strategy, policies, and systems to support the organisation's goals
* Manage IT budget and track expenditure
* Identify and implement upgrades, configurations, or new systems to maintain efficiency and effectiveness
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems for all employees
* Lead various IT projects across the group to drive innovation and improvement
* Establish and maintain strong relationships withvendors to ensure cost-efficient contracts
Qualifications and experience:
* Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
* At least 4 year's experience in an IT environment
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Proven ability to lead and manage IT projects and teams
* Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
