iO Associates are working with an international organisation with a requirement for an IT Support Engineer to work in their London office.
Thisis a technology-centric organisation with a huge focus on training and development.
Role: IT Support Engineer

Salary: £25,000
This company work heavily with cloud technology and invest in your training and development. Thecompany is rapidly expanding and wants to bring someone in who is eager to progress up through the organisation.
Responsibilities:
* Diagnosing software and hardware incidents
* Problem analysis and escalation of incidents when necessary
* Install, upgrade, and configure new equipment
* Travel to offsite locations for BAU as well as project work
* Utilisation of ITIL processes
You will join an experienced team, and work alongside subject matter experts. If you haven't had experience in all ofthe above, please do still apply. This company have fantastic training and development.
