iO Associates are working with an one of the fastest-growing MSPsin the UK. They are currently on the lookout for an IT Support Engineer to help them in their continued growth.

Role: ITSupport Engineer
Location: Bristol
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 + market-leading benefits
*Any experience in the legal sector is highlyadvantageous*
This company is fully set up for a remote interview and onboarding process.
In this role you will handle escalations from first line support, providing an excellent level of customer support.
As the company continues to grow, you will be involved in small to medium-sized projects as required by the IT Support Manager.
This role will involve working with:* Office 365
* Azure AD
* HP stack
* Windows
Requirements: Proven experience in a second line role. Experience in all the above technology isn't needed. Rather, this company is looking for someone who learns new technology quickly.
