THE COMPANY
Specialising in document management systems / document scanning solutions, this well established organisation has a wide network of existing customers throughout the UK and Ireland. They are currently looking for a highly knowledgeable and experienced IT Support Engineer to join their growing team.
THE ROLE
This position will be 100% home based working 08:30AM - 05:30PM Monday - Friday providing support to the entire client base as part of the customer service support team.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with customers and end users regarding technical IT issues
* Handling telephone and email enquiries efficiently
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing issuesusing remote support tools
* Ensure company systems and records are maintained correctly
* Assisting with remote installation at new clients
* Calling existing customers to complete system health checks
REQUIREMENTS
This is a role for a highly skilled and experienced support engineer as reflected in the salary on offer.
The successful applicant will have the following qualifications, skills, experience and attributes:
* Recognised IT qualification
* Microsoft certification - an advantage
* Solid understanding of Microsoft Networks and Azure active directory
* Good knowledge of MSSQL
* Experienced inconducting in-depth research into detailed technical issues
* Understanding of document procedures, processes and Knowledge-Base worthy articles
* Experience with accounts systems
* Ability to implement applications
* Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
* Good attention to detail
* A good listener
* Excellent communication and customer service skillsIN RETURN
