THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, who have more than doubled their turnover in the last 3 years, with further expansion plans. Due to this continued success and expansion they have promoted some of their IT Support team and are now looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with 1st and 2nd line support experience to join the team.
Within this role you will be a part of an expanding team supporting the company's clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from an IT Support Engineer / IT Support Technician / IT Support Analyst / 1st Line Support / 2nd Line Support background with experience in Office 365, Azure, Exchange 2016 and Windows Operating Servers who is looking to join a growing business where you can further career.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* End user and client related technical support
* Day to day IT operations (including networking and security)
* Dealing with 1st and 2nd line support issues
* Information security compliance
* Change implementation
* Involved with IT planned and on-going projects
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
* Experience in a IT Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support / 3rd Line Support / Senior IT Support role or similar
* Office 365
* Azure
* Exchange 2016
* Windows Operating Systems
* Windows Servers
* Active Directory
