Thames Ditton, Surrey£22,000 - £25,000
A successful and reputable Fitness firm based in Thames Ditton are now looking for a 1st line support / IT Support to help support their internal and external customers
The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for anenthusiastic IT Support to join my client and provide technical support as well as being involved in various projects. Workingwith the current internal IT support team and the external provider. Greater demands in workload and pressures to maintain the IT infrastructure has resulted in this new role. Whilst a significant part of the role will be to support technical requests andinteract with the various departments, there will be much room to bring in more innovative approaches to current processes.
The candidate:
The ideal candidate would be IT graduate or equivalent with a minimum of two years' 1st and 2nd line IT supportexperience.
In return the company will offer great support and training where needed and the chance for real career progression.
Ideally looking for the candidates to work Tuesday to Saturday 12-8pm, however there is flexibility on these hours.
Experience of Windows server, SQL and iOS would be advantageous
Being a 1st Line Support, you will need to have strong attention to do detail. You must be passionate towards IT and with experience that reflects this passion. You will be working with Microsoft Windows, Office among other inhouse systems within this job. You will have strong good with your literacy /numeracy skillsand able to build a strong rapport with customers.
