Panoramic Associates are currently seeking an IT Systems Manager that can carefully guide the development of a suite of bespoke digital applications for an Insurance client in the city.
The chosen candidate for the IT Systems Manager will have a strong blend of Leadership, Stakeholder Management, IT Service Management, Line Management, Project Management skills and Agile Scrum/SAFe experience.
To be considered for this role it is also imperative that you are well versed in the following accountabilities:
* Management of Project Managers/Delivery Team to guide superior delivery.
* Explain and notify senior managers of application/IT changes
* Implement process improvement
* Capture and manage IT issues
* Champion Agile transformation
* Management of internal and external IT team
* Release Management of applications
* Maintaining and improving information security standardsand conducting regular IT audit.
* Vendor Management
Candidates will also preferably be qualified on have experience in:* PRINCE2 or other Project Management methodology.
* ITIL
* Agile Scrum and SAFe experience are an advantage
* Management of fast paced development
* In depth knowledge of the software development life cycle
* Knowledge and/or experience of Lean/Kanban principles and techniques
* Relevant technical or business Bachelor Degree or higher is preferred, but not absolutely required
