Looking for the opportunity to have real career development in a growing tech company?
iO Associates are excited to be partnering with a growing start-up in the heart of Sheffield who are currently have aposition open for an experienced JavaScript Developer. You'll be working closely with the CTO who is extremely experienced and remains hands-on with the work too.
You'll be a key pillar in the team and will be working on a range of different greenfieldprojects using modern technologies mainly focusing around JavaScript and cloud technologies. They have several greenfield projects in place which will mean you're busy from the start.
You will be working within a supportive team that encourages you to experiment with new technologies and push boundaries. A lot of their work is in the tech-for-good space and they are looking forpeople who really care about what they do. In terms of the business itself, the team is small but growing very quickly so you'llget the opportunity to be a key member of the team.
The start-up is in its initial stages but has significant financial backing and some highly experienced individuals in the team leading the way.
You will have experience in two or more of the following technologies:
* Modern Front-End JavaScript framework - Angular / Vue / React
* HTML / CSS
* Strong JavaScript knowledge
* Exposure to cloud platform (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud)
* Mobile-First / Responsive Design
* REST API's
* Good architectural practices
* We're not expecting you to know it all!
Alongside development experience, it's important to have agreat attitude and an eagerness to challenge yourself. If you have a hunger for new technology then you'll be working with likeminded people.
