Essential:
* Proven competence in fundamental IT functions, including hardware/software troubleshooting and system upkeep, with ideally 1 year ofexperience in an IT setting.
* Excellent organisational abilities, capable of prioritising tasks, managing time efficiently, and juggling multiple responsibilities.
* Strong initiative and self-drive.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly convey technical information and work well with cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated capacity to identify, assess, and resolve IT-related issues promptly and effectively, minimising operational disruptions.
Desirable:
* Skilled in video editing software and multimedia tools for creating engaging and informative Video Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Knowledge of IT asset management principles and practices, including inventorytracking, documentation, and reporting.
* Experience in providing training and support to end-users, assisting them with technical processes and procedures.
* Experience in developing training materials and presentations for onboarding, enhancing operational training programs.
* Awareness of relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to IT security.
* Enthusiasm for keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT support and operations management.
