Description:
The responsibilities of this roles are as followed:
*Assist office personnel and field technicians with hardware and software technical assistance.
* Investigate, analyze, and resolve intricate end-user escalation problems, collaborating with other IT personnel.
* Offer technical assistance either onsite or through remote-access systems.
* Configure new equipment and devices; establish and manage workstations; grant appropriate application, system, and data access.
* Proficient in scripting languages.
* Convey and interpret technical details for non-technical end users.
* Rectify hardware malfunctions, software glitches, and networking issues.
* Contribute to the upkeep, deployment, and end-user assistance for applications, mobile devices, computers, and other network endpoints.
* Generate, monitor, and manage reports, furnishing updates to management.
