Location: Dublin, need a car!

As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting end-users with technical issues and providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities:

1 First-Line Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues, providing timelyand effective solutions or escalating to higher-tier support when necessary.
2 Problem Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoothardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime and disruption.
3 Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to users' concerns, empathizing with their frustrations, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
4 Documentation: Accurately document support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to create a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
5 Training and Guidance: Assist users with basic technical guidance and education, empowering them to resolve simple issues independently.
6 Collaboration:Collaborate with other IT team members to share knowledge, resolve complex issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
7 Adaptability: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to adapt quickly to evolving IT landscapes.

Qualifications:

1 High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in IT support are aplus.
2 Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
3 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4 Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
5 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
6 Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
7 Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is desirable but not mandatory.
