Concept Resourcing are looking for a Outreach Manager to join a Central Government client based in London/Bristol OR Manchester.This is an initial 6 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £200-260 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Previous UK government or public sector experience.
* Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, communities and external partners/organisations* Design and deliver different programmes of outreach activity, for GDS in alignment with the Talent Strategy
* Strategically plan what schools, colleges, universities, communities to target based on diversity, specialisms and locations
* Work closely with the Early Talent Manager to help design career pathways and promotional materials for school and college
* Support implementation of all Early Talent programmes and schemes in government
* Support the wider DDaT capability team deliver according to best practice agile and lean principles and methodologies and have experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
* Make sure the outreach work align with the Talent Strategy and objectives
* Help the team identify and address risks, issues anddependencies
* Engage with key stakeholders on project progress and challenges
* Help measure the success of outreach programmes and projects across the team
