* Part-Time Data Analyst
* Up to £22 per hour PAYE
* Initial contract until 30th June 2024 but potential to extend
* Fully remote based role
Working for a Global Leading Tech Company we are looking foran experienced Data Analyst to join on a part-time basis until at least 30th June 2024.
The ideal candidate will work 20hours per week with a maximum of up to a maximum of 24 hours per week. It is essential you work on a Monday and a Tuesday but these can be part-time days and the rest of the hours can be flexible throughout the week so there is a lot of flexibility on this role as it's also working 100% fully remote.
The ideal candidate will come from a Data Analyst background and have excellent experience using Excel and Power BI to produce a variety of scheduled and ad hoc reports for the Channel Management Team.The Data Analyst is responsible for:
* Development of highly scaled and efficient operational services & support reports
* Execution of core Sales operational processes to support Customer & Partner opportunities, warranty, and dealregistration processes.
* Communicating and working with partners and internal sales teams to manage deal queries and escalations
* Streamlining & optimizing of these processes whilst standardizing across the Business Segments
* Driving enhancements to our core digital selling tools such as Power BI and Excel reporting
* Providing business analytics and actionable insights that help the business make informed decisions
* Partner closely with Sales Excellence to deploy and/or enhance rhythms & sales processes
* Providing business analytics and actionable insights on the business that enable the business to realizeopportunities for revenue growth or efficiency improvements.
* Build and develop local reports to support the Surface channelteam
* Development of monthly reporting for top partners to drive channel accountability
* Supporting the Surface Channel Director with internal reporting
Skills and experienced required:-
* Previous experience as a Data Analyst is essential
* Previous experience within Excel and Power BI is essential
* Excellent communication skills
