Location: Remote roleConcept Resourcing are looking for a PMO Coordinator to join a successful technology MSP. This is a remote role. You willbe supporting the Project Managers and the wider PMO team to ensure projects are delivered successfully. Key responsibilities:
*Working on spreadsheets - Excel.
* Creating sign off sheets.
* Ensuring calendar sheets for engineers are created and kept updated.
* Able to work in a fast-paced role and work on a number of projects.
* Tracking, Controlling and scheduling reports.
* Look at current processes and improve them where possible.
* Chase up team members / engineers if they have not acceptedtasks.
* Reporting project progress and tracking delivered.
* Delivering project to agreed timescales.
Requirements:
* A team player who is comfortable working with other professionals, supporting the operation & reputational improvement of MTI operations.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Willingness to take on ownership and accountability.
* Demonstrate good attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
* Compliance with processes, combined with a creative approach to overcoming barriers.
* Must be methodical with the ability to complete a task from start toconclusion within agreed timescales.
