Product Manager, Broadcast and Replay - London or United States base (with travel)
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a solid background within the broadcast sector, specifically replay workflows. Other experience such as Asset Management, Editing or Workflow solutions would also be beneficial.
Your role will involve up to 50% travel, Europe and the US (when restrictions are lifted) and therefore you could be living in either the UK (London office) or the United States.
Your rolewill involve:
* Having ownership of all direct product decisions and influencing external factors which are key to the success of the product delivery.
* Setting targets for growth within the product range, managing forecasting and contributing to the strategic plan, new product launches and end of life.
* Overall management of new product development within the product range, following the product launch process to document requirements, design and gain approval for new product launches orenhancements to existing products through business cases and presentation to management and stakeholders.
* Line management ofthe Product team on your Products, working closely with the Product Owners. Architects and scrum teams.
We need you to have:* Solid background in managing the full Product lifecycle.
* Experience of delivering broadcast products to market.
* Strong management skills working across remote teams and cross functions.
* Ability to liase with and present at c-suite and stakeholder level.
* Experience within the broadcast sector, specifically in Asset Management, Editing or Workflow solutions.* Experience working in Agile environments and with UI/UX teams.
* Awareness of the latest technologies including cloud, virtualization and microservices.
* Product management (Agile, Pragmatic Marketing framework) or Project management certification,(PMC / Prince2) would be beneficial.
