Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) TA Program Manager, 12 Month FTC, upto £93,500 pa plus bonus

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) TA Program Manager works with key partners across the business to develop Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives to support our hiring and DEI goals. Engaging with our hiring community and the DEI Team, this high-impact role will diagnose opportunitiesfor improvement and build programs from start to finish



The successful candidate will act as subject-matter guide for DEI hiring, be a strong, results oriented manager who can build relationships with a wide variety of partners based on trust, teamwork, and insight!



This is a fixed-term contract role for 12 months.

Responsibilities:

* Build a DEI sourcing andpartnership strategy for the global recruitment efforts, defining operating principles, measures of success and high impact focus areas
* Create a stronger DEI partnership model, including identifying and prioritizing key organizations to help Arm achieve its hiring goals
* Work as part of the Global TA team to drive inclusive hiring practices
* Find opportunities to collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERG's) to drive recruitment efforts
* Conduct talent market research to inform decisions on recruiting plans to attract diverse talent
* Generate ideas for hiring initiatives and expand existing tools to source talent
* Partner with the DEI team on designing DEI recruitment policies / processes and launching successful, inclusive TA programs
* Determine and use data to drive DEI recruitment strategy and track progress toward diversity recruitment goals, advance efforts and identify gaps to make recommendations on improvements
* Operate as a coach for the TA team, providing expertise on all critical elements of the process from job descriptions, interview framework, speed of process and compensation challenges
*Ensure we have suite of training (for both TA and hiring managers)
* Manage DEI programs and events end-to-end, including creating event/program content and structure, socializing initiatives or program proposals and engaging hiring teams
* Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings. Such as, internal talent mobility withan equity lens, TA conference participation, employer branding, DEI recruiting events, etc.

Required Skills and Experience:* Previous experience of building and deploying DEI programs, including recruitment or learning & development or equivalent program management experience
* Experience in project management, strategy, and process creation
* Consistent record indeveloping critical initiatives into operational outcomes, motivating change to help drive business results and execution
* Data-confident in analyzing trends and delivering appropriate reporting
* Strong relationship management skills, and the abilityto develop strong interpersonal alliances at all levels; willing to share and demonstrate best practices
* Adaptable and flexible within an evolving organization and talent landscape; ability to change directions and re-prioritize as needed
* Proven ability with recruiting products/tools/processes
* Proven experience managing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and/or programs related to executive recruiting
* Experience working with cross-functional, global teams and influencing partners
