Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Project Lead on a 6 month FTC (strong chance of extension) for a leading retailer.
The ideal candidate will be based within 45 minutes of Milton Keynes. The position will involve UK wide travel to all of the different stores.
Duties andResponsibilities
* Co-ordinate rollouts for the Implementation / Account team, in partnership with the Customer with training alongside line manager.
* Customer point of contact for assigned Projects.
* Define Work Packages for 3rd party suppliers and manage to ensure all deliverables are achieved.
* Create Project documentation in line with customer requirements and agree distribution timescales and filing structure - includes risk registers, issue logs, change requests, meeting minutes in linewith company policy with training and guidance from line-manager.
* Carry out site visits to validate processes and installation documentation.
* Report to Project team on their performance / progress through Checkpoint Meetings.
* Have a general understanding of Health & Safety. Be confident in producing RAMS & MS.
* Production of key deliverables / KPI must be agreed at Project start.
* Produce accurate and timely reports on performance.
Experience Required
* Previous Project Leader experience in a Project Office environment.
* Experience of Implementation rollouts.
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products.
