Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Python Tech Lead who will play a pivotal role in leading our talented development team.The successful candidate will have a strong background in Python development, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and the ability to mentor and inspire a team of developers. As a Python Tech Lead, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision, guiding the development process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Technical Leadership:
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Python developers.
* Drive the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
1 Hands-on Development:* Lead by example through hands-on coding, contributing to the development of critical components and features.
* Reviewcode and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
1 Project Management:
*Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
* Break down complex tasks into manageable components, set realistic timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.
1 Team Collaboration:* Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
* Mentor and coachteam members, promoting professional growth and skill development.
1 Innovation and Best Practices:
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Python development.
* Introduce innovative solutions and improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the development process.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Python Developer with a strong background in leadingdevelopment teams.
* Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Kubernetes and Microservicesis a plus.
