Do you want to work for anAI company, who's domain and product is complex; As a manual tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
As the company transitions from start up to a rapidly growing international company, your role as a Software QA is pivotal in supporting the future growth at this company to transition into a fully automation test framework. This is a pivotal role within our test function that will significantly contribute to ensuring the quality to our end user.
Position Summary
We are seeking a sharp, experienced Software QA with strong problem solving skill's and a solid software testing foundation. Working alongside the product team, this role requires a talented, detail oriented, enthusiasticindividual who is passionate about quality with the ability to grasp tough issues quickly. Reporting to the CTO your main responsibilities include:
* Develop and maintain testing infrastructure for efficient testing
* Identity defect & bugs and work with product teams to resolve them
* Create test cases and test scripts based on user stories and requirements
* Collaborate with product teams to ensure software meets user requirements and is delivered on time
* Perform regression testing and User Acceptance Testing for our products
* Forge strong collaboration and trust across our global product team
* Showcase autonomy, confidence, and pro-activity in your testing responsibilities.
Experience & Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a computing-related discipline or equivalent, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in a software testing role
* Proven experience in creating clear and detailed test plans/cases, preferably within an Agile development environment* Experience with bug-tracking systems
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* People-focused approach, team player with a solid commitment to customer service delivery

Place of Work:
Most of our work isremote with regular meet ups internationally. Taking this into account, this role will involve occasional travel. Our HQ is inthe Lennox building in Dublin city, where the Ireland based staff and senior management team meet on average twice a week.
