We are seeking a talented and experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team ona contract basis. This role involves working on a high-impact project for an NHS client, focusing on the development and implementation of automated processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and DeployRPA Solutions: Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Process Assessment: Work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and analyze existing processes to determine feasibility.
- Workflow Documentation: Create detailed process documentation, including business requirements,process design documents, and test plans.
- Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPAsolutions, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all RPA solutions comply with industry best practices and NHS standards for security and data protection.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or AutomationAnywhere.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript is preferred.
- Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience in process analysis, design, and implementation of automated solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience: Previous experience working on RPA projects within the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
