As a Salesforce Administrator you will work alongside several departments in the business including Marketing, Sales and Finance to improve the use of the Salesforce system, identify improvements in ways of working, data management and the outbound activity with that data. If you are an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst / Marketing Analyst / CRM Administrator / Sales Administrator with experience using Salesforce, this opportunity is not tobe missed!
THE SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
* Importing data into Salesforce
* Generating regular reports using Salesforce and analysing data and trends
* Support with analytical reporting of campaigns including Pardot and Google Analytics* Creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles and managing access
* Performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successfulintegration
* Identify relevant training and upskilling needs for users
* Providing Salesforce training and end user support* Standardisation of tags, field formats, and naming conventions, company types and SIC codes
* Managing the maintenance and cleaning of data including implementing a bad data process
* Conducting regular data health checks
* Using reports to advise on new data to be sourced
* Supporting data protection compliance and GDPR
* Setting up dashboards and workflows
* Supporting colleagues to allow them to set up relevant reports and data segmentation
THE PERSON:
* Experience as a Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst / Marketing Analyst / CRM Administrator / Sales Administrator
* Confident user of Salesforce
* Able to import data on Salesforce and generate Salesforce reports
* Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator is desirable
* Understanding of marketing campaigns is desirable
