Concept Resourcing are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a Central Government client based in London/Bristol OR Manchester.
This is an initial 6 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day ratesbetween £550-600 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Have extensive business analysis experience, preferably within Central Government and Public Sector including:
* Requirements identification, definition and documentation
* Process mapping, in particular identifying pain points and opportunities
* Backlog development & refinement
* Testing and assurance
* Working with development teams
* Performance data analysis
* Have a good understanding of current ways of working in government, and how this impacts on digital delivery
* Have a deep understanding of - and be a strong proponent for - modern digital ways of working, and work effectively in a multidisciplinary, agile environment
* Have experience of working with complex operational environments
* Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders within and across teams and organisational boundaries
* Share work early and often, and work collaboratively with other teams,professions and organisations, and build strong interpersonal relationships, actively maintaining networks of colleagues to achieve progress on shared objectives
* Digest a wide range of information at pace; turning this into clear advice for senior stakeholders, handling both quantitative and qualitative evidence to make decisions
* Have significant experience of building andmaintaining effective relationships, using a variety of channels to get the best results.
* Have significant experience of working with multiple stakeholders across a large and diverse audience
