Key Responsibilities:
1Cloud Software Development:
* Lead the design and development of secure cloud-based software solutions using Python, Java,and Golang.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications in the cloud environment.
1 Security Expertise:
* Act as the primary driver for security initiatives, ensuringthe implementation of best practices and security measures throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and code reviews to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
1 Innovation and Research:
* Stay abreast of the latest developments in cloud security, emerging threats, and industry best practices.
* Drive innovation by researching and implementing cutting-edge security technologies to enhance our defenses.
1 Collaboration and Mentorship:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and product management, to integrate security intothe development process seamlessly.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
1 Incident Response:
* Contribute to the development and implementation of incident response plans and participate in security incident investigations when necessary.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in cloud software development with a focus on security.
* Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and Golang.
* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS,Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Expertise in security best practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments.
* Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
* Experience with penetration testing tools and techniques.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate security issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
