Summary of Role: As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end application, system development, and maintenance across complex multi-technology platforms. Key responsibilities include:

* Write clean, efficient code using .NET programming languages, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
* Lead technical design reviews and code reviews, providingconstructive feedback to team members.
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance existing applications and processes.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address change requests and ensure seamless integration of new features.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying new knowledge to enhance our technical capabilities.
* Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and contribute effectively to projects.
* Take ownership of technical testing activities, ensuring thorough unit testing and system testing to validate functionality and performance.
* Support data information planning efforts, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.
* Maintain technical development environments, ensuring they are up-to-date andproperly configured for efficient software development.
* Lead or contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines effectively to deliver high-quality results.
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to inform decision-making processes, advocating for solutions that align with project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of related experience
* Strong proficiency in Angular, C#, Rest APIs, and SQL.
* Experience mentoring others, leading small projects, and providing troubleshooting support.
