Concept Resourcing are looking for a Senior Improvement Project Manager to join ahospital based in Middlesex. This is a hybrid role. The Improvement Team will drive improvement in the Trust by supporting, enthusing, coaching and teaching our colleagues throughout the organisation. Key responsibilities:

* The Senior Improvement Project Manager will offer outstanding support and advice on implementing improvements.
* Ensures the improvement/transformation project is project managed in line with both good project management practice and improvement approaches.
* Putsin place systems to ensure that the project progress is clearly understood and highly visible, highlighting issues and escalating them rapidly in an appropriate manner.
* Coaches colleagues undertaking improvement.
* Offers support to a range of colleagues from every part of the organisation, switching from schedulers to consultants to board members; a sophisticated and nuancedapproach to delivering support is required throughout the project cycle.
* Has a deep understanding of improvement approachesand extensive practical experience in delivery and supporting improvement efforts, ideally in a healthcare context.
* Represents the Improvement Team at internal and external meetings and events.



Requirements:

* Substantial experience leading and coordinating complex improvement or transformation projects or programmes
* Record of delivering projects or programmeson time and on budget
* Experience reporting project or programme progress at board level or similar
* Experience at seniorlevel in large complex organisation within the public sector.
* Five years' experience in a professional environment. Substantial experience of working with senior staff across an organisation.
* Previous experience of bringing innovation and new ideasto practice.
* Evidence of continuing professional development. Substantial change management experience.
* Experience of using data and measurement for improvement.
* Experience of working in a fast paced, adaptable environment.
