Description:
Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our iOS apps and integrating with internal APIs and external SaaS products.
Design and execute on plans for the future of our iOS apps from architecture to feature design to performance.Working with a cross-discipline team of designers, product owners, backend engineers and Android engineers to deliver a world-class user experience
Workwith our external development partner while transitioning projects in-house
Extensive experience on consumer-facing apps, with a preference for e-comm
Working autonomously and being excited by product-focused problems
Years of professional software engineering experience and specifically have recently been focused on building native iOS apps
Deep understanding of iOS design patterns, best practices and platform-specific capabilities
Knowledge of Swift and the iOS development ecosystem
Published one or more apps in the App Store
A strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures and object-oriented methodologiesExperience writing web services or other server-side components
Experience leading projects or teams of engineers
Experience building e-commerce apps and systems
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar relevant field
