Senior Marketing Automation Specialist
About this role:
My Galway based client is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team. They are seeking the expertise of someone with a good understanding of working with Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce to joina small team who are considered the best at what they do. This role will be for 12 months and there is some flexibility grantedwith a blend of on-site work and working from home. This role would suit an experienced professional who has circa 5 years experience in a similar role.
Role and responsibilities:
* Build scalable, automated demand generation, lead management and marketing automation capabilities across the organisation using Oracle Eloqua.
* Perform effective targeting and segmentation to support email and lead generation campaigns.
* Provide support in implementing marketing automation tools, including detailed understanding of tools used and best practices employed
* Support training related to automated demand generation and lead management.
* Analyze and optimize email campaigns using A/B testing to optimize performance. Leverage lead scoring approach tomaximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
Qualifications:
* Strong experience (5 years +) in marketing automation campaign definition and deployment.
* Expert in marketing automation platform (Oracle Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce.com).
* Strong experience of marketing and sales funnels.
* Strong experience in project/programme management.
