Senior Software Engineer - Brighton - Up to £75,000
I am working with an exciting new Client in Brighton who are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team. You would be working closely with the Product team and have very hands onexposure to the Architectural design side of the projects.
They use Golang and PHP, but are looking for someone who likes toinvestigate newer and exciting Technology stacks to keep their Product up-to-date.
Key Skills that are required -
* Extensive experience in all aspects of the Full Software Development Lifecycle
* Strong understanding of several development tools* Strong analytical mind-set and ability to understand Architectural concepts
* Experience implementing Microservices
* Strong experience with Golang
* Experience using Linux
* Understanding of Testing and writing Unit Tests
Skills that are Desirable -
* Experience developing in more than one language, such as PHP
* Docker
* Messaging/Job queues
* Elasticsearch
The client does have a working from home policy but due to the cross-functional nature of the role/team they would require you to be in the office at least once per week (ideally 2/3 times a week).
