Service Architect
Salary: £75000 + (£22500 bonus)

This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who wants to push their career forward as a service architect at one of the UK's leading MSP's.
Overall Job Purpose:
As a Service Architect, you will be part of the Managed Services Pre-Sales team, reporting to the Head of Managed Services Pre-Sales. You will act as an advisor, consultant and thought leader for the company's clients and prospects and will be responsible for delivering tailored solutions drawn from a variety of our established capabilities and service offerings.
You will providestrategic and tactical leadership to the ongoing Service Development of our extensive Field Services operations including, Hardware Maintenance, End User Support and Technical Support.
Main Duties of the Job:
* Designing, costing and pricing Managed Services as a key input into the sales process for new and existing customers
* Input into the development of new and existing offerings from a pre-sales perspective.
* Supporting the Sales Teams through attending early engagement meetings to proactively introduce, shape and develop Managed Services opportunities;
* Work with the Customer Management, Service Delivery and Transition Teams to develop or enhance existing services based on market or customer knowledge and feedback;
* Provide leadership as the solution owner for Managed Service client opportunities;
* Where required, lead the client engagement from a solutions perspective, working closely with the Sales lead to ensure the client or prospect is fully engaged and maintains a positive view of throughout the lifecycle of the opportunity.
