iO Associates are partnered with a growing tech start-up in the heart of Sheffield who has multiple Javascript Developer opportunities open due to an increase in projects. You'll be working closely with the CTO who is extremely experienced and remains hands-on with the work too. This gives you the opportunity to influence the projects and the company as they're tech-agnostic but always keen to work with thelatest Javascript stack.
You'll be working on a range of different greenfield projects using modern technologies mainly focusing around JavaScript and cloud technologies. They have several greenfield projects in place which will mean you're busy fromthe start. All work will be remote until it is safe to return to the office and ongoing WFH optionsare on offer. You will be working within a supportive team that encourages you to experiment with new technologies and push boundaries. A lot of their work is in the tech-for-good space and they are looking for people who really care about what they do. In terms of the business itself, the team is small but growing very quickly so you'll get the opportunity to be a key member of the team.
The start-up is in its initial stages but has significant financial backing and some highly experienced individualsin the team leading the way.
You will have experience in two or more of the following technologies:
* Angular / Vue / React
* NodeJS
* GraphQL
* JavaScript
* AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
* Mobile-First / Responsive Design
We're not expecting you to know it all but you will be joining a skilled team so you need to be adaptable and eager to learn.
Alongside development experience, it's important to have a great attitude and an eagerness to challenge yourself. If you have a hunger for newtechnology then you'll be working with likeminded people.
