What's the opportunity?



To join a fast-growing and highly skilled team leading the Recruitment.Tech industry which is digitising and redefining traditional recruitment processes and user experiences.

Looking for a talented Leader/ CTO to help them on their growth journey. You will work directly with the CEO and will act as both a technology andbusiness expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.

Your role will be to develop and implement a technology strategy that keeps our customer center stage, that is aligned with our commercial objectives and that gives us a competitive advantage in both the short and long term. You will play a key role in shaping direction

How does the day-to-day look?



* Being part of the leadership team, setting overall direction, strategy & culture of the company
* Setting strategy for how technology will serve our customers and deliver on the vision, which will include anticipating the potential technologies that can deliver more and sustain our comparative advantage
* Ensuring technical resources meet thecompany's short and long-term objectives
* Working closely with marketing and customer insights to ensure that our technologyis relentlessly focused on serving our customers
* Ensuring the technology is fully compliant with relevant regulations and security

* Representing the company in relevant forums and communicating the technology strategy
* Manage the technology budget
* Communicate our technology strategy to the wider team, partners and stakeholders
* You will take full ownership of alltechnical aspects of the startup, including but not limited to management, modifications and improvement of the mobile application, backend administration, the service delivery system, and starting and growing a tech team in Ireland.
* Manage the offshore team of developers.
* Lead on the transition from a start up into a larger organization

What do I need to bring asan eligible applicant?

This role will suit someone who wants to make the step up to CTO and has led a small development teamwithin a startup.

* You would have had recent experience as a full stack Developer, Architect within the mobile arena
* Experience building highly performing mobile solutions for B2C or B2B customers.
* Easy going, team player, able to juggle multiple balls and wear many hats
* You have an entrepreneurial and sustainable mindset, and are ready to make a difference with tech and data in the mobile app world
* Self-motivated, focused and will be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to drivinggrowth and changes.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to work as part of a team and alone, in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
* Nice to have: Experience with international growth
* Goodexposure and understanding of PHP, MySql, API and automation of Devops, CI/CD, QA and regression testing
* Full stack Developer: 6 years (preferred)
* Project Management experience
