iO Associates are currently working with a leading software consultancy based in the heart of Bristol, who are on the lookout for an extremely talented Solution Architect.
You will be working in an office of around 60 people which consists of Technical Architects, Developers and Testers, who specialise in the latest technologies including C# .Net, Java, Front-end as well as modern architectures such as microservices, big data, cloud, streaming and serverless. Within the wider company there are about 300 people with multiple offices across the UK.
Role: Solution Architect
Location: Central Bristol
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (DOE)

The Role:
This is an extremely important position for the company and you will affectively be second in command within the Bristol office and working alongside the Head of Software Development. For this position you will be responsible for meeting a number of new, current and prospective clients.
You will ideally have experience working within an environment where you have been responsible for taking an SME through into a large enterprise, and havedelivered something tangible. You will be able to use your past experiences to deal with challenges and overcome them.
Thisrole will make you the go-to person within the Bristol office with excellent career progression opportunities.
Desirable experience:
- A proven track record in delivering and leading large complex software projects
- Someone who can converse with senior technical and non-technical decision makers
- A breadth of knowledge across numerous technology platforms
- Have had worked for either a FTSE 100, large bank, or similar
- A degree from a red brick University
- Software consultancy background
