Salary: £400 - £430 p/d (outside IR35)
Overview
We are working with a leading cyber security company, theyprovide information, Cyber and privacy risk assessment and management advice based upon cabinet office, national cyber securitycentre and international best practice guidance covering a range of both component and system-based analysis methods.
What you will be doing as a supplier assurance consultant:
* Ensure that all business areas include proportionate and appropriate security requirements within all procurements.
* Ensure security due diligence is conducted on all bid applicationsas part of the procurement process.
* Identify physical, personnel and information security risks and/or vulnerabilities and report these prior to contract award.
* Work with business to provide suppliers with early insight into the mandatory minimumssecurity requirements expected of them during the life of a contract.
* Conduct on-going assurance activities post contract award to ensure supplier maintain compliance with minimum security requirements.
* Conduct on site supplier security assessments.
* Ensure consistent and accurate reporting of Supplier Security findings to internal stakeholders including Contract Managers and Senior Leadership Team.
What we need from you as supplier assurance consultant:
* Certified Professional (CCP) Security and Information Risk Advisor (SIRA)
* Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
* Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
* Certification in Information Security Management Principles (CISMP)
* GovernanceRisk & Compliance Professional (GRCP)
* ISO27001 Lead Auditor
