System Administrator This is a primarilyhands-on position where the main responsibilities include installing, maintaining and monitoring systems in all relevant sites(local and remote). You will be required to ensure the smooth running of sites and services at all times, follow policies and procedures, deliver projects and be an effective point of escalation to all teams

What You Will Be Doing
*
Systems Administrator, for a multinational organisation. Hands-on orientated position with responsibility.
*
Responsible for installing, maintaining and monitoring systems in all relevant sites
*Ensure the smooth running and maximum uptime of all IT services.
*
Assist with any problems relating to production systems and services
*
Comply with standards (ITIL, PRINCE) and adhere to best practices
*
Collaborate with all relevantteams across the business
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
*
Minimum of 5 solid years' experienceas System Administrator, in an enterprise organisation supporting multiple sites across different time zones
*
In depth knowledge of Windows server estates, Telephony, storage systems SAN (HP, EMC), Linux, Hardware (Dell, HP, IBM), monitoring systems (SNMP, PRTG), Exchange, O365, Backup and restore systems (NetBackup/Backup Exec), virtualisation (server and VDI VMware/Citrix)
*
Awareness of compliance, methodologies and certifications (ITIL, PCI DSS, ISO27001)
