Technical Support Consultant | Berkshire
Passionate Technical Support professional wanted by innovative company who have big aspirations for 2020 and beyond. This dynamic vendor currently has an immediate need to add an ambitious IT Consultant totheir team due to growing workload.
Responsibilities will include:
* Diagnosing and resolving technical problems working largely with Windows
* Working within a technical support environment
* Providing a high level of customer support
*Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and suggesting improvements to service where applicable
* Routing calls to available specialists in more complex and difficult cases
The enterprise is looking to get the successful candidate on board assoon as available. A salary level of up to £25,000 is being offered, plus a package including a generous holiday allowance andprivate healthcare.
The role would be ideal for someone who is still early on in their career and who has a real passionfor IT. This position will allow the successful individual lots of room to develop and the flexibility to move into different areas.
