Trainee Epos / IT Field Engineer - Derby
Concept Resourcing are recruiting for a Trainee IT Installation Engineer for an organisation near Derby. The position will involve undertaking IT & EPoS (Point of Sale)installation, upgrades, configuration and customer training to retail and hospitality customers UK wide
Details of the role:* Carrying out IT Hardware & EPoS installation, upgrades and configuration
* Field based role, going to multiple retailers and hospitality establishments
* Providing customer training on how to use the point of sale systems
* Providing technical support from the office when not out in the field
* Some field based support required when problem cannot be resolved overthe phone / remote services
* Frequent stays away from home will be applicable when working further afield
Requirements:* Candidate will have a relevant IT certification or qualification and an interest in IT engineering
* Full training provided on Epos systems
* The training for this position is 4-6 weeks, it will be all expensed but will involve being away from homeWorking hours:
* Working Mon - Fri day time work (9am - 5:30pm)
The role will be paying a starting salary of between £18,000 per annum plus company car. You will also earn an additional £100 per call out weekend on top of your salary
