THE ROLE:
* Assisting in the installation of software systems at client locations.
* Collaborating with senior technicians to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
* Following safety protocols and companyguidelines during installations.
* Participating in training sessions to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
*Maintaining accurate documentation of installations and updates.
* Providing excellent customer service and support during andafter installations.
THE PERSON:
* This is a great opportunity for someone who is a Graduate, who is still in Education,who has worked in a Installer role, or is looking to pursue a career in this field.
* Basic understanding of computer systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
