Client:
Concept IT are looking for a UCAAS engineer to work for a busy SME MSP based in Darebsury.
Role:
Provide 2nd line support for the UCAAS portfolio. This includes configuration of remote moves,adds and changes, low complex issues, and daily checks.
Key Responsibilities
* Configuration of remote adds, moves andchanges
* Liaise with customer, vendors, and internal stakeholders
* Ticket logging and classification
* Proactive updateto customers
* Escalation level 3
* Form part of the Out of hours on call rota
Technical Requirements
The following technical competencies are desirable but not essential:
* CCNA
* Cisco Unified Comms manager
* Cisco Unity
* Cisco IM* Jabber
* Unified Contact Centre Express
* VOICE LAN
* VOIP
Person Specification
* Excellent customer facing and communication skills
* Willingness to promote to 3rd line
* A keen interest in UC technology
