URGENT! Software Architect : Remote in Ireland
Passionate about designing scalable web and mobile applications? Join my client's architecture team and push the boundaries of their architecture. Theyare seeking a dynamic, skilled, and enthusiastic Architect to create high-quality, extensible code within an agile software development environment.
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop architectural frameworks for web and mobile apps.
* Ensurehigh performance, quality, and user satisfaction.
* Provide technical guidance and resolve complex issues.
* Participate inthe full development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design.
* Advise on development, testing, and deployment.* Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards.
* Develop functional prototypes for proof of concepts.
* Mentorsoftware developers.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar.
* 5+ years of software engineering/architecture experience.
* Demonstrable experience in enterprise-level applications, Linux servers, and databases.
* Expertise in asynchronous programming, MySQL, REST, JSON, and more.
* Strong knowledge of multi-threaded, transactional, and distributed systems.
* Proficiency in Git, Jenkins, Vagrant, and Ansible.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Desirable:
* Python experience highly desirable.
* Postgraduate degree in relevant field.
* Agile software developmentand enterprise environment knowledge.
* Familiarity with Twisted and logging/monitoring tools.
* Working knowledge of AmazonWeb Services.
