Our client, a medium sized organisation based in Cheltenham is looking for a Database and Systems Manager on a permanent basis.
Based in open plan offices, and reporting to the Head of Operations, the post holder will be supporting all internal staff with technical infrastructure and managing the office systems.
In addition you will be managing two databases and recommending and installing improvements. Working closely with marketing you will be helping with all aspects of technical support and will be assisting suppliers, providers and external stakeholders with technical troubleshooting.
We are looking for a ‘hands on’ helpful, driven, passionate and proactive I.T professional who is committed to process improvement and ensuring the systems and databases of this organisation are running as smoothly and seamlessly as possible.
In addition, the appropriate candidate will be exceptionally computer literate and technically savvy with demonstrable experience in CRM and database management.
