Job Title: Electrician Technician
Location: Ladywell, Lewisham

Salary: £40,000
Hours: 07:00 to 19:00 (42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off)
(£14 per hour for call outs on top of salary)
We have an opportunity for an Electrical technician with electrical bias to join our division in Lewisham to carry out preventative maintenance, you will be required to carry out reactive tasks and deal with emergency faults within a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilitiesinclude:
* Reporting to the M&E Supervisor
* To provide technical engineering support for the Hard FM Services department and carry out preventative maintenance to deadline plus maintain paperwork to support PPM activities
* To respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPI's
* To manage Contractors as necessary

* Requirement to participate in the out of hours on call rota and be able to respond/attend site within one hourof the call.
* Testing/installing new & current circuits (ECR &EICR completion)
* Installing EV charge points
Tobe successful in the role:
* Must hold a recognised electrical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level3 (theory and practice) in a relevant Electrical discipline with suitable industry experience
* Experience in building services and knowledge of air handling plant is required
* Experience in a Healthcare environment is advantageous with knowledge of medical gases
* Willingness to attain cross skills; IT Literate
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills
* Ability to show examples of using initiative and judgement to resolve problems
* In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety procedures, formal training an advantage
