Get Recruited are proud to be supporting a well-established and expanding Telecoms provider based in Huntingdon who specialise in Business Communications. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Provisioning Coordinator / Provisioning Executive / Service Delivery Coordinator / Telecoms Support Engineer / 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team and work with their new and existing clients on new orders and support tickets.
As aProvisioning Coordinator you will work as part of the busy helpdesk team to allocate and complete tickets from clients accordingto SLAs. If you have experience within Telecoms and are looking for a new challenge with a business who offer fantastic training and onboarding as well as long term support to progress your career, this opportunity is not to be missed!
THE PROVISIONINGCOORDINATOR POSITION:
* Support with processing orders for the networks
* Assisting with porting numbers
* Ordering therelevant hardware for clients
* Processing new connections
* Providing 1st & 2nd Line Support for end users
* Management of all support tickets and issues
* Maintain and develop good levels of technical knowledge
* Responding to client queries and tickets promptly and keeping clients updates with the status of their tickets
* Handling and escalations from clientsTHE PERSON:
* Must have experience in either a Provisioning Coordinator / Provisioning Executive / Service Delivery Coordinator / Telecoms Support Engineer / 1st Line Support Engineer or similar position within Telecoms
* Strong understanding of Gamma, Telco Switch, CISCO, Wildix or similar
* Confident to work in a busy provisioning and helpdesk team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Keen to grow and develop your career
