Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Hertford (2 days at home, 3 in the office)

Salary: Upto £32.5k + OTE of £50k

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

* Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
* Identify key decision-makers within target accounts anddevelop relationships with them.
* Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set appointments for our sales team.
* Manage and update prospect information in our CRM system.
* Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
* Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong prospecting and cold calling skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience using a CRM system to manage leads and opportunities.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
