A BRAND-NEW opportunity for a Unified Communications Sales Overlay role focused on supporting the account management and new business sales teams.
The Unified Communications Sales Overlay exists to provide specialist sales resource to support sales teams in closing complex solutions such as Unified Communications, Security, WAN, LAN, Contact Centre and largeIPT deployments.
Responsibilities of the Unified Communications Sales Overlay
* Attend (where possible) all Account Management and New Business Sales Meetings
* Align with identified opportunities within existing base and prospective targeted accounts.
* Engage account management teams and identify opportunities to cross and up-sell
* Own opportunity and sales strategywith clear demark for Account Management (who will own customer relationship)
* Ensure appropriate product area sales training is provided for all sales teams
* Maintain accurate records using Salesforce CRM
* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors
* Engage with internal solutions architects and solutions design teams
Experience
* Detailed understanding of Unified Communications Market
* Minimum of 2 Years' Experience is one or more CCaaS/UCaaS/CPaaS
* Ability to create, express and implement product/solution strategies
* Flexibility and resourcefulness to get the job done
