Description:
I am currently recruiting for a UC Consultant to support a customer engagement my client is working on - ideally with the following enterprise voice skills with SfB / Teams:
* Implementation of Hunt groups/Call Queues to fall in line with office enablement for Teams Voice, circa 6500 users
* Configuration of assigned DDI numbers to users on Teams
* Migrate varied Existing DDINumbers to the Pure IP Trunks, for re-assignment to end users
* Configuration and Support to create IVRs in Teams
* Skills around IR Prognosis assessment
* General fault finding within given timelines - If needed
