Job Description
We’re looking for a Web Developer that enjoys crafting excellent software by keeping up to date with industry best practices and modern development techniques.
Requirements
We expect you to have a good working knowledge of:
- PHP
and / or:
- Front end technologies (Javascript / HTML / CSS / SASS)
- Database design (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- Version Control (preferably Git)
Desirable
These are not essential, but would certainly improve your chances:
- Experience working with Cloud technologies (e.g. AWS OpsWorks, Lambda, ElasticSearch)
- Working with API’s
- Docker
- Laravel, Slim and custom code bases
- Node
- High traffic e-commerce experience
- SEO & Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Frontend Design skills
- Ability to work with the command line
It should go without saying that we’ll expect you to follow coding standards and produce outstanding, secure and stable code.
We’re keen to hear from confident developers with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Whilst we are predominantly based from our office in Telford, Shropshire, we are fortunate enough to be able to work remotely as and when we need. We encourage flexible working and don’t believe in “clocking in and out”.
